Dr. Maalouf raised the question of whether or not we are raising resilient children. Dr. Maalouf clarified the internal and environmental risk factors our children are facing and how to protect them. Real life examples were discussed with the attendees in addition to very useful parental tips. Dr. Maalouf emphasized on the importance of raising a resilient child through a comparison between a resilient vs. non-resilient child. With a full room of enthusiastic and fully involved attendees, the session came to a well-rounded conclusion.
